I can't sign in. Try resetting your password from the sign-in screen. If you signed in with Apple or Google, make sure you're using the same method you originally signed up with.
I want to delete my account. Go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data, messages, and photos.
How does matching work? Swipe right to connect with someone, left to pass. If you both swipe right, it's a match and you can start messaging.
I'm not seeing anyone nearby. Try adjusting your filters on the Discover screen, or check back later as new people join.
How do I create an event? Tap the + button on the Events tab. Fill in the details and publish. Anyone nearby can see and attend your event.
How do I join a group chat for an event? When you mark "I'm Going" on an event, you'll be invited to the event's group chat automatically.
How do I report someone? Open a chat with the person, tap the ··· menu, and select Report. We review all reports within 24 hours.
How do I block someone? Same menu — tap Block. They won't be able to see your profile or message you.
